We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support sales and customer service in the Euro region.

In this position, you will ensure that all customer needs are promptly addressed while exercising the highest level of customer service.

A qualified candidate must have passion for excellence and be eager to advance in high energy and goal driven culture.


Responsibilities :

nConfer with customers by phone, email and live chat in a timely, friendly and professional manner and provide information about products and services,nRegularly prepare quotes and respond to customer inquiries, take and enter orders, and obtain details of inquiries or comments.nBuild a rapport and long-lasting relationship with customers and provide innovative solutions to their needs and challenges along with exceptional customer service experience.nCollaborate with internal functions to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and promptly.nTake ownership of customer database; research accounts, identify key players and generate interestnSolicit with commercial team sales leads from customer phone calls.nAssist with marketing data collection and campaigns.nPerform customer support projects and other duties assigned.


Qualifications:

nBachelor's degree required, biology or related discipline preferredn1+ year of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service requirednOutstanding organizational skills with the utmost attention to detailnExceptional communication skills and professional presencenInnovative problem solver, results minded and solution focusednEffective team player with the ability to work independentlynHighly organized and able to efficiently multitasknPassion to positively promote and drive success on company initiativesnAs an international company, we require English as an asset.

Ideally as well of German. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
