About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to join our team at Inspiring Interns & Graduates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Execute market strategy by managing lead process, drive sales by executing specific sales initiatives and campaigns, and generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries, provide quality service to customers, and work closely with internal team members to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team, create quotations, and develop service and product proposals.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary internal point of contact for customers, provide information as required to the account manager, and follow up on quotations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: BSc or equivalent in a science, technical, healthcare, or related subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, self-motivation, excellent time management and planning skills, and a strong digital proficiency.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a field or inside sales-based role, with a demonstrative track record of sales success.
