An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at eRecruitSmart, a global leader in personalized infrared light therapy. This role offers flexibility for hybrid / remote work.

About the role

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via various channels
  • Utilizing a customer relationship management (CRM) system to process and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner
  • Updating customers on order statuses and product knowledge requests
  • Assisting customers with technical troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Performing and completing project-based duties as assigned
  • Providing timely feedback to the Customer Service Manager regarding service failures or customer concerns

About the rewards

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be offered a competitive salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About you

  • To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to display empathy and integrity when interacting with customers
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • A creative problem-solving approach
  • A technical mindset and understanding
  • A passion for learning new information and ability to grasp new concepts
  • Articulate and able to convey information clearly
  • The ability to manage and process multiple tasks simultaneously
