We are currently managing an (Inside) Sales Director appointment for a high growth international technology driven business services group. This private equity backed group is dynamic, fast paced and growing quickly. The Sales Director role will be pivotal in helping to further develop their UK business. This is an inside sales leadership appointment responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high performing sales team in an effective sales and marketing inside sales operation. Given the growth of group there are definite development opportunities in the future for even more senior commercial leadership roles.


  • Manage, coach, develop and motivate the existing Inside Sales team ensuring they continue to deliver sales and meet or exceed targets
  • Work with colleagues to ensure work sold is deliverable in line with client expectations and to improve responsiveness to new enquiries.
  • Ensure effective nurturing and cross-selling processes are in place to maximise yield from clients
  • Work with sales team to identify process and practice improvements within sales which will improve business performance.
  • Report on sales achievements against targets, sharing with the relevant stakeholders as and when required including for the monthly board report.
  • Report on market trends in the various territories including potential opportunities for developing into new products/ markets
  • Improving conversion rates and broadening the scope of international products.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including agencies and commercial partners.


Relevant candidates will have a background in (inside) Sales leadership with the following personal characteristics;

  • Data driven with the ability to transform and improve the effectiveness of the sales process.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentational skills with the ability to present data ad plans effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.
