Job Summary:

Moon Executive Search is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for supporting the complete sales cycle, from initial contact with clients to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing client inquiries and orders, coordinating sales meetings and events, and maintaining our CRM database.
  • Assess client needs, raise quotes, and provide pricing information to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with our portfolio of services, including migrations, cloud backups, and license renewals, to effectively communicate with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the IT, Telco, or Tech solutions industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other administrative tools.
