As the Head of Brand Marketing you would be responsible for building the brand and image of MHR, our products and services, this role is critical for MHR as we increase our market penetration and coverage to support our future growth.


You will deliver this through the launch of efficient and effective multifunctional go-to brand marketing strategies for promotion of the brand/business within the market, the customer base and internally.


You will effectively manage the use of our internal marketing team and external agencies to deliver brand strategies, including budget, and performance management.


Role Responsibilities

  • The Head of Brand Marketing oversees the brand planning process inclusive of the definition of relevant advertising channel mix and strategies to encourage purchase.
  • The Head of Brand Marketing plays a leading role in the business's brand building strategies across all channels. This is in collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Chief Marketing Officer and respective agencies.
  • The Head of Brand Marketing develops weekly/monthly/annual brand marketing strategies and monitors the performance of those strategies in order to make necessary updates and improvements.
  • The Head of Brand Marketing manages and maintains program specific research efforts regarding the brand.

Key Skills

  • 8+ years developing creative and innovative brand marketing strategies that heavily leverage offline and online mediums / channels in facilitating effective brand marketing programs and messages.
  • Preferably working in the position of a Head of Brand Marketing or a Senior Brand manager or Senior Advertising Manager.
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Management of agencies (Advertising, PR, events, Web, SEO, and PR) is desirable (for all) but a must for Advertising agency management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo as well as understanding of the use of software such as Adobe Creative Suite 6, Illustrator, and InDesign which are necessary for the creation of brand marketing materials.
