The Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development, performance and reporting of MHR’s Search Strategy with the objective of optimising online visibility, driving quality traffic, increasing conversions and enhancing our search performance.

Search Strategy & Development

  • Lead the development and execution of search marketing strategies to increase organic and paid search rankings and visibility to increase MHR’s lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create advertising campaigns and mobile-friendly ad-specific landing pages that resonate with key audiences that are optimised around conversions.
  • Ensure paid and organic search campaigns are working harmoniously with one another.
  • Use Salesforce data other platforms to help drive Search results that not just drive quality traffic and clicks, but result in quality conversations and opportunities created.

Agency, Stakeholder Management and Team Collaboration

  • Be on top of, and keep the team updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in the search marketing landscape. Facilitate continuous learning through regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Cross-Functional and external agency management and collaboration
  • Work with internal teams to drive search results and ensure a consistent message, journey and tracking across channels and throughout the customer journey and funnel.

Budget Management

  • Define and management of the search marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to different campaigns and channels for maximum impact.
  • Work with the finance team on planning budget and forecasting spend.

Planning, driving performance & ROI

  • Use analytical skills to plan, evaluate, optimise and report on PPC campaigns and enable data-driven decisions to be made around performance and spend optimisation.

Technology, Data, Reporting and Analytics

  • Be on top of the evolution of Search including AI platforms, intent platforms, recommendation and reporting tools.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the search landscape.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to demonstrate the impact of search marketing initiatives on business goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integration, efficiency and development of all search related software and subsequent impact of search traffic and performance.
