We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Manager to join our team at MHR. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen commercial focus, and a proven track record in delivering value from advertising spend. The Advertising Manager will play a pivotal role in creating and executing the media plan to support MHR's business objectives. This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage budgets effectively, and employ creative thinking to enhance the impact of advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive media plan aligned with MHR's business objectives. Ensure the seamless implementation of brand and core messaging across all advertising material.
  • Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with our partnered agencies. Collaborate with MHR's design agency to guarantee the consistent implementation of the brand across all advertising channels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with advertising strategies. Handle relationships with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, providing accurate forecasts and schedules. Utilise financial acumen to deliver value from advertising spend and optimise campaign efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Employ analytical skills to plan, evaluate, and optimize advertising and media campaigns. Continually assess campaign performance, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Innovation and Opportunity Scanning:
  • Continuously scan the horizon for new advertising opportunities to enhance MHR's brand presence and increase awareness. Identify innovative approaches to amplify MHR's message and cut through the competitive landscape.
  • Brand Survey Oversight: Oversee the execution of quarterly brand surveys to analyse advertising performance. Provide insightful reporting based on survey findings to guide future advertising strategies.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the broader MHR advertising team and marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment to drive advertising efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
