Responsibilities include scheduling organic content across multiple social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and TikTok. Additionally, managing MHR's employee advocacy tool and driving employee engagement and brand awareness. Monthly reporting on organic social media and employee advocacy is also required.

Other responsibilities include managing MHR's presence on other digital channels such as video channels, customer forums and review platforms.
