Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and functionality of MHR's website, both front-end and back-end, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Oversee the creation, modification, and enhancement of web pages, functionality, and content to drive traffic and revenue.
* Understand MHR's target audience and brand identity to tailor the website experience accordingly.
* Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
* Ensure the website complies with relevant laws and regulations.

Performance Analysis:

* Monitor and report on key website performance metrics, including load times, site visits, and conversion rates.
* Evaluate the impact of new changes and identify areas for further optimisation.
* Provide data-driven recommendations and briefs for necessary website improvements.

Customer Experience Optimisation:

* Design and implement a streamlined online customer journey to enhance user experience and support the buying process.
* Optimise website content, navigation, and search functionality to ensure a seamless experience.
* Identify user pain points and implement personalisation strategies to increase relevance and customer satisfaction.

Conversion Rate Optimisation:

* Analyse user behaviour, marketing metrics, and customer journeys to develop strategies for improving website design, content, and overall functionality.
* Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective website elements for driving conversions.
