Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our team and play a crucial role in informing the design and continuous improvement of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute comprehensive user research activities to support the design, development, and enhancement of our products and services.
  • Analyse research data and synthesise clear, actionable findings.
  • Effectively communicate research findings to foster a deep understanding of users and their needs within the team and the broader organisation.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to translate stakeholder briefs into actionable research plans.
  • Lead colleagues in understanding research data and executing actionable findings.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in user research, preferably in digital user experience and technology-focused projects.
  • Proven ability to conduct end-to-end research using a variety of methodologies.
  • Personal interest in understanding diverse user needs and preferences.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
