Job Summary

Ideagen is seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our team and contribute to the design and continuous improvement of our digital products and services. As a User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in informing our product development and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive user research activities to support the design, development, and enhancement of our products and services.
  • Analyse research data and synthesise clear, actionable findings to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders and contribute to the development of product features and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user research is integrated into the product development process.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues in understanding research data and executing actionable findings.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in user research, preferably in digital user experience and technology-focused projects.
  • Proven ability to conduct end-to-end research using a variety of methodologies.
  • Personal interest in understanding diverse user needs and preferences.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
