Key Responsibilities:- Website Management:
- Lead the design and functionality of MHR's website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Oversee the creation, modification, and enhancement of web pages, functionality, and content to drive traffic and revenue.
- Understand MHR's target audience and brand identity to tailor the website experience accordingly.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
- Ensure the website complies with relevant laws and regulations.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on key website performance metrics, including load times, site visits, and conversion rates.
- Evaluate the impact of new changes and identify areas for further optimisation.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and briefs for necessary website improvements.
- Customer Experience Optimisation:
- Design and implement a streamlined online customer journey to enhance user experience and support the buying process.
- Optimise website content, navigation, and search functionality to ensure a seamless experience.
- Identify user pain points and implement personalisation strategies to increase relevance and customer satisfaction.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation:
- Analyse user behaviour, marketing metrics, and customer journeys to develop strategies for improving website design, content, and overall functionality.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective website elements for driving conversions.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and strong project management skills to drive continuous improvement in MHR's digital presence.
