. Reporting to the House Manager, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.


Your Responsibilities

  • Checkin and checkout guests ensuring all requirements are met throughout their stay and all our residents receive a firstclass customer service
  • Be a point of contact for our guests and answer any queries and requests, face to face or on the phone
  • Manage your shift efficiently, which will involve cash handling and reconciling payments
  • Make lunch and dinner reservations
  • Look after group bookings
  • Be able to assist other departments where necessary
  • To liaise with the Duty Manager to resolve any issues that may arise on your shift

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
  • Competent with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to be calm and to deal with customer requests
  • Have a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent customer care & communication skills.
  • Works well within a team but selfdisciplined enough to manage your own workload
  • Flexible to work shifts, during week days and weekends.
  • You should be passionate about hospitality and be customer focused

Up to £10.00 per hour
