- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
- Answer and direct a variety of incoming phone calls
- Secretarial duties such as typing correspondence, filing paperwork, and data entry

- Use telephone and IT systems effectively on a daily basis
- Communicate with clients in a positive and professional manner
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a similar reception or administration role
- Capable of typing documents and correspondence
- Familiarity with Microsoft office systems
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
**Additional Details**:
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working standard office hours Monday to Friday, working within a professional team and liaising with a variety of departments and external contacts. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their secretarial or administration career

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
