The role will look after our premium and rapidly expanding brand, Wilde.

We currently have 6 Aparthotels within this premium brand, with key openings in London, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Porto in the next 12 months.

This is a pivotal role within our People team; - working with us to drive a learning culture across Staycity Group.

You will support us in identifying training needs, crafting impactful learning content, and delivering dynamic training programs.

Working closely with various departments across our Operations teams, you'll design and implement engaging learning experiences to bridge skill gaps and elevate employee capabilities.

From facilitating workshops and webinars, to designing training sessions.

Develop brand specific learning content:

create compelling learning resources custom-tailored for WildeDeliver dynamic training programs: conduct training sessions at Wilde, in formats such as workshops, webinars, and in-person sessionsWork alongside the Operations teams to roll out training programs- identifying training capability within our Operations teams and supporting them to deliver relevant training for their teams where applicableDesign engaging learning experiences: create and implement interactive and impactful learning experiences specifically tailored to enhance Wilde employee capabilities and drive an exceptional experienceEvaluate learning tools effectiveness: continuously assess the effectiveness of any training programs through feedback, metrics, and strategies contributing to data-driven decision-making for performance improvement.

Work closely with our Operations teams to roll out and embed an onboarding program which excites and engages our team members, gives them the resources and learning opportunities to succeed in their roles, and to introduce them to the Staycity Group culture and core valuesWork with our Operations and wider People team to open Wilde hotels with an industry leading onboarding experience for all new starters, creating a dynamic and fun learning experience for all and supporting to embed our core values from day 1Ideally you will have...5+ years of hands-on experience in a Learning and Development role, showcasing expertise in driving growth and development.

Instructional design experience (and if you have a qualification in ID that's even better)Proven track record of delivering impactful training across diverse formats and populationsExperience in designing and delivering tailored training programs and learning materials to meet the unique needs of employee groupsExperience in conducting needs assessments;- ensuring targeted, and effective learning solutions are created, aligned with our goals and core valuesDemonstrates strong communication and facilitation skills, creating engaging sessions that resonate with our teams.
