Main responsibilities:
- Act as a professional representative delivering excellent service
- Uphold integrity and respect, prioritizing individual needs
- Handle a diverse caseload efficiently, seeking assistance when necessary
- Champion high standards of Social Work practice for children and families
- Assess needs, risks, and options, considering legal requirements
- Report any allegations of abuse promptly
- Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures
- Develop strong relationships with children, young people, and families
- Collaborate with partner organizations transparently for positive outcomes
- Manage competing priorities and challenging situations with resilience
- Work flexibly outside regular hours to support customers and families
- Manage small expenditures responsibly

Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of UK experience
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (obtainable if needed)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- SWE Registered
