  • Providing proactive, positive and caring support to adults living in our service.
  • Enabling people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
  • Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
  • Working effectively as part of a team.
  • Be a part of developing and implementing person centred care plans.
  • Taking part in activities with the people we support, both in the service and out in the community.
