About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Roche, St Austell. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to a female service user with learning disabilities, ensuring her independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
  • Support the service user with medication, wheelchair use, and attending medical appointments.
  • Encourage and support the service user to participate in social activities, such as shopping and socializing.
  • Work collaboratively with the service user to develop and implement a personalized support plan.
