Care Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Participate in leisure and social activities to enhance the lives of our residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure excellent care and support
