About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in St Austell. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with Autism, an Eating disorder, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support for daily living activities
  • Assist with personal care and housekeeping
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times
  • Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members

Requirements

  • Full UK drivers license
  • Experience with eating disorders like Anorexia
  • Experience with Autism
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
