Job Title: Support Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Autism and Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with Autism and Mental Health needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Experience working with Autism and Mental Health.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £14.50.

Location: St Austell area. Must be able to commute.
