Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Assisting service users with their daily routines, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility
- Providing emotional support and companionship to service users
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant team members
