Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support clients in developing and maintaining their skills and interests, including hobbies and social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements

  • Caring and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
  • Experience working with autism or non-verbal clients is desirable, but not essential.
