We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Roche. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to a female service user with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care and Daily Living Tasks: Assist the service user with personal care, including washing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Support with Medication: Help the service user manage their medication and ensure they take it as prescribed.
- Assist with Daily Activities: Support the service user with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
- Wheelchair Support: Assist the service user with mobility and wheelchair-related tasks.
- Accompany to Appointments: Escort the service user to medical appointments and other engagements.
- Shopping and Socialising: Support the service user with shopping and social activities.
- Full Driving Licence: You must hold a full driving licence to be considered for this role.
- DBS Check: You will be subject to a full DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
- Competitive Salary: £12.00 per hour.
- Paid Annual Leave: 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time).
- Pension Contribution: We contribute to your pension scheme.
- Training and Development: Access to fully paid training and nationally recognised qualifications.
