Key Responsibilities- Support with Daily Living Tasks: Assist with cooking, cleaning, washing, and personal care to promote independence and well-being.
- Financial Management: Support with managing finances, including budgeting and shopping.
- Medication Support: Assist with administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
- Wheelchair Support: Provide support to individuals who use wheelchairs, including transfers and mobility assistance.
- Health and Well-being: Accompany individuals to medical appointments, support with health-related tasks, and promote overall well-being.
- Community Involvement: Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities, social events, and hobbies.
- Full Driving License: A full driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to transport individuals to appointments and activities.
- DBS Check: You will be subject to a full DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
- Female Applicants Only: This role is open to female applicants only, under an exemption from the Equality Act Section 9 - Part 1 (A) as a genuine occupational requirement.
- Competitive Salary: £12.00 per hour
- Paid Annual Leave: 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time)
