Join the team at Copper Beeches Lodge as a Support Worker for adults with Learning Disabilities.

This is an exciting role with training, support, and development opportunities.

You will support individuals in their daily living including personal care and medication administration. You will also support individuals in their daily activities.

If you are new to social care, we will support you to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.


All support workers are required to work on a shift pattern to provide a 24/7 service for the people that we support.

We require applicants to have a kind and caring manner. You'll have an understanding of how learning disabilities can impact a persons world.

You must be able to communicate well and adapt the support that you provide to suit the individuals needs and wishes.

Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS.
