In this role, you'll be at the heart of our company's operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient dispatch of our unique products to department stores worldwide and fulfilling direct online orders.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily despatch processes using inhouse computer software
  • Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring each parcel meets company packaging standards
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to manage and prioritize orders
  • Maintain records of dispatched goods
  • Perform quality assurance checks to verify shipments are correctly fulfilled
  • Warehouse picking and packing required to support other team members during busy periods
  • Contribute to team effort by meeting key performance indicators for despatch
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch role preferred
  • Comfortable with digital technology, specifically inventory management software
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50lbs)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly, in line with the needs of the business
