Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized FTTH Network Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our field engineering teams responsible for installing FTTH services in residential properties.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch field engineers to customer sites, optimizing schedules and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with field managers to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure timely completion of installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and completed installations.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding installation updates and any potential delays.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
