Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and hardworking Dispatch Team Member to join our dedicated team responsible for preparing customer orders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for packing orders, checking and printing delivery labels and gift slips, arranging postage with the correct courier, maintaining basic stock controls, and maintaining a safe working environment following all Health and Safety guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack orders and ensure they are accurately labeled and prepared for dispatch
  • Arrange postage with the correct courier and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain basic stock controls, including First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all Health and Safety guidelines
  • Assist in the stock replenishment process as required
  • Be flexible to support with other duties in the business as required

Requirements
  • To be punctual and reliable
  • To be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) between the hours of 7am and 7pm, and flexibly across weekends

  • A positive, proactive approach
  • A love of biscuits is a must
