Sales and Dispatch Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Dispatch Assistant to join our team at GHA Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales and Dispatch Assistant, you will be responsible for daily picking of orders, preparing dispatch paperwork, and monitoring online orders and correspondence.

The Role

  • Preparation of dispatch paperwork and coordination with clients for collections
  • Monitoring emails and progress of orders
  • Completing weekly progress reports for unfilled orders
  • Becoming conversant with Government reporting systems Intrastat
  • Delivering daily post internally
  • Updating digital records of all documents scans
  • Assisting with sales order processing

The Person

  • Willingness to learn and serve time in the company
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Eagerness to ask for more work or assist the team

This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of up to 25k depending on experience. The role offers paid overtime, a year-end bonus after a year's service, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a company pension.
