Job Opportunity: Sales and Dispatch Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Dispatch Assistant to join our team at GHA Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales and Dispatch Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily picking and preparation of orders for dispatch

• Monitoring online orders and correspondence, and responding to customer inquiries

• Booking couriers and arranging collections with clients

• Maintaining accurate records of orders and dispatches

• Assisting with sales order processing and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
