About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Comex 2000 UK Ltd as an FTTH Dispatcher. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field engineers who install FTTH services into residential properties on behalf of blue-chip companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support field engineers in maintaining the highest possible completion rates
  • Liaise with field managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and providing solutions
  • Participate in daily conference calls to discuss project progress and challenges

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
