  • Utilising extensive clinical experience to inform and enhance the quality of care provided to patients with ADHD.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership skills to effectively supervise and support clinical staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Making informed and effective decisions in a leadership capacity, addressing clinical and operational challenges as they arise.
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive clinical experience working with ADHD, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a clinical team.
