We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team as a Gynaecological Oncology Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our Gynaecological Oncology service, working closely with our clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain robust systems and procedures to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Participate in educational programs and clinical audits to ensure our service remains at the forefront of best practice.
  • Contribute to the development of our service's strategic plan, working closely with our clinical leadership team.
Requirements
  • MRCOG or equivalent qualification.
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council.
  • Training and experience equivalent to that required for UK CCT.
  • Entry onto the Specialist Register in Gynaecological Oncology or within 6 months of CCT date.
  • Higher Degree.
  • Evidence of involvement in Gynaecology Governance and Risk Management.
  • Robotic surgical training.
