About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cancer nurse to join our team as an Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our Clinical Homecare team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist holistic support to Oncology patients referred to LPCH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based holistic care to patients with complex conditions
  • Manage a caseload of patients, providing a professional person-centred approach through care planning, treatment, and beyond
  • Work closely with internal and external teams, including attending events to promote our services
  • Provide expert nursing advice and support to other health professionals
