Our client, a key set of Barristers' Chambers, is looking for a new Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator to join their front of house team on a permanent basis.nThe role will involve greeting and welcoming external visitors as well as ensuring maintenance of facilities is carried out.

The role is entirely office based.

Duties will include:


Providing assistance to both internal members and external visitors.nSorting and distributing post and deliveries appropriately.nAssisting in organising and setting up of any events held within the Chambers.nEnsuring meeting rooms are allocated and prepared appropriately.nServing as a designated first aider to provide assistance in cases of emergency.


The ideal candidate will have:


A minimum of 2 years of experience within a similar front of house position (legal or professional services).nOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.nComputer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.nA positive and friendly attitude.nExcellent organisational skills.
