The Normandy Hotel is seeking a Sales Office Administrator who will be responsible for various duties in our busy Sales office.
We are seeking a highly organized, ambitious and hard-working individual with flair and personality to match.Responsibilities for Sales Office Administrator;
- Supporting both the Sales and Office Managers in all aspects of Sales Office functions
- Tributes
- Taking bookings, sending confirmations, maintaining and updating the online booking system Ticket Tailor with Reslynx (Guestline Pms System) in the absence of the Entertainments Manager
- Events
- Reservations
- To be responsible for delivering a bestinclass reservations booking experience
Experience:
- Previous Hotel experience and knowledge of PMS systems preferable but not essential
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience of working with guests / customers in high pace environment
- Confident computer user
- Great communication skills
- Reservation Agent or Reception experience is desirable
- Enthusiastic, selfmotivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills with the customers and other hotel departments
- Team worker
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
