About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain expert knowledge of the industry and HB Group's offerings.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  • Provide exceptional telephone and technical support to clients and service users.
  • Organise and manage electronic data, documents, and computerbased information.
  • Utilise various software packages (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) to produce documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients/service users via Zoom and other video link platforms.
  • Innovate and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive attitude.
  • Selfmotivated with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Experience/Education
  • Oneyear admin experience (preferred but not required).
  • Higher education completion (preferred but not required).
