Sports Centre Coordinator

Job Purpose:
To ensure the smooth running of the Sports Centre, taking charge of the site on a daily basis ensuring it provides excellent customer services whilst ensuring the safety of staff and customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist the centre management team in effectively promoting and coordinating appropriate sports and physical activity based programmes to members of the general public and students.
- To promote and expand sports provision increasing the service users
- To play a supervisory role within the centre and provide guidance and assistance to clients, colleagues and learners, inclusive of those learners pursuing work experience opportunities.
- To maintain and where necessary contribute toward the development of operating systems and procedures and when required, organising work for staff, along with contributing toward the administrative/technical aspects of our operation.
- To develop sport and fitness enrichment across the college.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out all duties in accordance with the College's Health and Safety, Safeguarding & Equality & Diversity policies and procedures, practices and procedures.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by your Line Manager.
