Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Night Nurse. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Participate in quality and clinical governance programmes to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet the needs of our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience in elderly healthcare, preferably in a care home setting.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £19.00 per hour.

Working Hours
44 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with alternative weekends.
Shift Pattern
8.00am – 8.00pm and 8.00pm to 8.00am.
