An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Wakefield District Health and Care Partnership who are part of the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, also known as Integrated Care Systems, which is one of the most advanced systems in England and has a vision and strong ambition to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in West Yorkshire.
In this role the post holder will have a key part to play in: providing a professional reception and switchboard service and operating booking systems provided for all staff working within the HQ building or working from home and providing administration support to other areas of the organisation when required.
The post holder will assist the Headquarters Services Manager in the efficient delivery of facilities service to the Wakefield Health and Care Partnership.
We provide wide and varied support to all staff working within the Wakefield Health and Care Partnership which also extends to our partner organisations.
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and can-do attitude. The role of the team is diverse and interesting with no two days being the same.
