Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Wakefield services, based at The Plex, Margaret Street.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typing reports, setting up files, scanning documents, and taking minutes.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and efficient manner, and taking accurate messages.
  • Coordinating and minuting management and senior management meetings.
  • Managing the office environment, and providing a customer-focused first line of contact for staff members, professionals, service users, family members, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous administration experience, with a willingness to travel and work flexibly according to the changing needs of the services.
