The position is Trust-wide and can be based at either Lincoln or Boston Hospital.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the hospital maintains safe levels of medical cover. Your role will include co-ordination of the Medical Rotas, working closely with the Business Unit Managers.

You will be responsible for logging medical leave/sickness and sourcing of locum agency/bank medical staff. You will organise the junior doctor induction and be the doctors first port of call for rota queries.


This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships with senior clinicians and managers, along with other teams within the Trust.

We are looking for someone proactive, who is able to work with mínimal supervision on a range of tasks.

We are a fast paced service and the successful applicant will need to be comfortable working with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
