The impact you will have:
You will join our global sales team reporting to our Head of EMEA helping us win new customers across Europe.
As a
Senior Enterprise Sales, you will become an expert in our products, how our customers use our tools and how the European regulatory space impacts our customers.
With this knowledge, you'll help our prospective customers understand how we can help protect them for the most complex crypto crimes in a scalable, efficient and highly automated manner.
You will manage the full sales cycle including sourcing and qualifying leads, prospecting, conducting demos, developing proposals, negotiating terms and closing business to ultimately deliver profitable revenue growth and exceed your targets.
You will have some predefined accounts to target and you need to go out and help us find the next best fit.

Key Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
- Identify and open doors to Enterprise prospective accounts across EMEA
- Own, build and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts
- Showcase our product to our prospects helping them understand how we can solve their challenges through tailored presentations and demos.
- Manage all parts of the commercial discussions including negotiating terms and close the business as applicable.
- Attend and travel to customer meetings and / or events where required
- Use technologies like Salesforce, Salesloft, Loom, LinkedIN, Hubspot and other tools to help you achieve your goals and forecast accurately.
- Meet and exceed quotas
- Work crossfunctionally to share feedback on how we can win more growth accounts in a sustainable and scalable manner.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
You will be a great fit here if you:
- You already work in the digital assets world and have a great network in the Crypto world.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets and asset management sectors
- Natural hunter
- Are a selfstarter, adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Have a natural curiosity to learn more and dig into the why behind things independently
- Use defined sales methodologies like MEDDICC or others in your deal management
- Enjoy working with pace and energy, building team spirit and cultivating unity and commitment among the team but work well under a remote first environment.
- Have an understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies
- 5+ years experience in the B2B Crypto or FinTech Sales world as an outbound sales role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets, building pipeline and winning customers through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts
- Experience selling into the EMEA market
- Large network of contacts that operate in the Digital Asset space
- Experience in sales cycles that range from months and typically involve RFI/RFPs.
- Understands how to sell to C-Suite and has a network to leverage off to facilitate introductions
- A strong work ethic and an entrepreneur's mindset. You're comfortable creating value in a low structure environment while being agile and resilient
- A genuine passion for the digital assets and the crypto economy
Bonus Points for:
- Background in the AML and or compliance space selling to Fintechs
- Experience selling SaaS solutions as an SDR
- Can speak any of the following languages: French, German, Turkish and Arabic
