We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager at Channel Factory
Channel Factory delivers advanced marketing solutions focused on contextual safety and performance for brands and agencies. Our platform enables marketers to automate and scale campaigns across YouTube and emerging channels, optimizing engagement through targeted, suitable content. We are committed to a culture of diversity, collaboration, and results, upholding high standards within our intellectually curious and dynamic team environment.
The ideal Senior Client Solutions Manager will demonstrate:
-Significant social media experience covering strategies, pricing, operations and exceeding client expectations
-Ability to utilize knowledge of the Youtube Space.
Experience managing and developing existing direct clients throughout EMEA
Experience onboarding new client partnerships
Confident managing direct reports (currently 2) as well as upskilling and ongoing training
Sales force experience(advantageous)
