We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to collaborate with our Content team in providing top-tier content solutions for various clients in the sports and entertainment sectors. This role involves working closely with account teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with clients' broader brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the content team and internal account teams to strategically develop and deliver content across sports and entertainment clients.
  • Provide insights and guidance to client account teams on a daily basis.
  • Oversee all aspects of content delivery, coordinating with both internal and external production agencies for creative briefings and production management.
  • Craft detailed content strategies and amplification plans that align with overarching sponsorship campaigns to ensure effective audience engagement across multiple channels.
  • Work alongside the Head of Content to drive creative ideation throughout the organization.
  • Manage influencer and paid media alignment, ensuring clear deliverables and approvals with external agencies.
  • Advise on client KPIs related to content performance.
  • Ensure Csm maintains a competitive edge by staying ahead of market trends, technological advancements, and shifts in media consumption.
  • Participate in new business pitches, facilitating and formalizing the creative briefing process across the organization.
  • Focus on winning, growing, and retaining client accounts within Csm.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous agency experience with a proven track record in managing content delivery for brands with significant digital content and media planning budgets.
  • Experience in executing assets for multi-channel media campaigns.
  • Strong creative thinking abilities.
  • Prior experience collaborating with production agencies, including briefing and directing content.
  • Solid understanding of brands, media landscapes, and competitor agencies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the agency-client relationship dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to success, along with a proven ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • Confident and articulate individual capable of working independently and collaboratively, with strong listening skills.
