We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to collaborate with our Content team in delivering top-notch content for various clients in the sports and entertainment sectors. You will work closely with account teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients' broader brand objectives. The Senior Account Manager will play a crucial role in building relationships with production teams and agencies, ensuring that Csm remains at the forefront of industry trends, technological advancements, and media consumption patterns. We are looking for someone who is passionate about content and has a proven track record in managing global accounts and high-profile partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the content team and internal account teams to strategically develop content delivery for sports and entertainment clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and insights to client account teams on a daily basis.
  • Oversee all aspects of content delivery, coordinating with both internal and external production agencies on creative briefs and production management.
  • Create detailed content plans and amplification strategies that align with sponsorship campaigns and objectives, ensuring effective audience engagement across multiple channels.
  • Work alongside the Head of Content to drive creative idea generation throughout Csm.
  • Manage influencer and paid media alignment, ensuring deliverables and approvals are handled effectively with external agencies.
  • Advise clients on key performance indicators related to content initiatives.
  • Ensure Csm maintains a competitive edge in the market by staying updated on consumer trends, technology, and advancements in digital and social media.
  • Contribute to new business pitches by formalizing the creative briefing process across the organization.
  • Focus on winning, growing, and retaining client accounts within Csm.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous agency experience with a successful track record in managing content delivery for brands with significant digital content and media planning budgets.
  • Experience in executing assets for multi-channel media campaigns.
  • Strong creative thinking abilities are essential.
  • Prior experience collaborating with production agencies, including briefing and directing content.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brands, media, and competitive agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the agency-client dynamic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage expectations and show empathy and commitment to success.
  • A confident and articulate individual capable of working independently and collaboratively, with strong listening skills.
