Are you strong in building relationships, optimizing key accounts, and driving growth?
Our client, a leading American online marketplace platform, is seeking for a motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join their Sales Platform team, focusing on Key Accounts across Northern Europe.
We're looking for someone who thrives on optimizing key accounts, enhancing supply quality, and boosting revenue.
Employment: 12 months PAYE contract, with possibility to extend
Work Model: Remote
Location: London, UK
Visa sponsorship: No
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive Supply Growth: Work with field teams to expand supply in high-demand areas and enhance existing supply quality.
- Optimize Operations: Increase fees, booking nights, and improve pricing and availability in top destinations.
- Advocate for Partners: Understand and champion partner needs internally, setting and achieving mutual goals.
- Grow Market Share : Identify and seize opportunities to expand market share and strengthen partner relationships.
- Promote API Features: Understand the API product and encourage partners to adopt strategic features for better integration.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Key Account Management: Proven experience in managing key accounts for Nothern Europe
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Effective Prioritization: Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience in leading and closing negotiations.
Bonus Skills:
- Tableau: Basic knowledge of Tableau for data visualization.
- SQL: Basic understanding of SQL for database queries.
