What you'll bring to the team:

Vacancy:

What will I do?

  • Support the smooth and efficient operation of the Front of House department including Uniform and Staff & Guest Welcome
  • Ensuring high standards within Thorpe Park for staff, Contractors, and visitors and that the site security procedures set are being adhered to.
  • Source new items of uniform when required whilst monitoring stock levels.
  • Communicate with managers regarding the grooming policy, standards, and uniforms.
  • Link in with the payroll department when making any staff uniform deductions.
  • Be the first point of contact for our staff, Business Visitors and VIP Guests.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Support guests and staff with any queries and/or complaints.
  • Ensuring that all administration procedures and processes are kept up to date and are well organised including post
  • Operating till systems

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Be organised
  • Be able to work to deadlines
  • Give excellent customer service
  • Good knowledge of the park and its operation to support staff and guests.
  • High level of computing skills
  • Be able to lone work
  • Problem solve and decision making techniques.

Pay Range:
Compensation between GBP £7.53/Hr.
GBP £11.44/Hr.
